WITHIN AUSTRALIA - WE POST ALL OUR ITEMS USING AUSTRALIA POST - EXPRESS MAIL

We use only Express Mail because it is efficient, fast and the package is trackable by Australia Post. The cost of postage will vary according to the weight and bulk of each item. Your postage amount will be calculated at check out before you confirm your order.



INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES:

All purchases outside of Australia are sent via First Class, Registered Air Mail. Your items are trackable and insured. The usual international delivery time indicated by Australia Post is 4 to 6 working days for most countries depending on your region. Your shipping cost will be calculated at check out before you confirm your order and you will find our international shipping charges to be very reasonable. You will receive a courtesy email from us to notify you on the day the item is posted. 


REFUND POLICY -- NO RISK SHOPPING

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will be issued a refund (minus postage costs) to your credit card once we receive your returned item. 

Refunds will be honoured only under the following conditions: 1. All returned items must be sent via Registered or Express Mail (for your protection) within 7 days from the date you received it. 2. Return items must be unworn with tag still attached.
