WE POST TO AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND ONLY

We offer two Australia Post options for Australian customers:

Regular Parcel Post – Estimated delivery: 2 to 6 business days depending on your postcode. All satchels have tracking.

Express Mail – Estimated delivery: 1 to 3 business days depending on your postcode. All major cities and surrounding suburbs are usually within the guaranteed next day delivery. If you are in a more rural area and WA Express post can take 3 business days. All satchels have tracking.

The cost of postage will vary according to the weight and bulk of each item. Your postage amount will be calculated at check out before you confirm your order.

NEW ZEALAND PURCHASES:

All orders from New Zealand are sent via Australia Post Air Mail and have tracking. The usual delivery time estimated by Australia Post is 4 to 6 business days. Shipping cost will be calculated at check out before you confirm your order. You will receive an "Order update" email from us on the day your order is posted. 

 

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY -- NO RISK SHOPPING

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all purchases. You will be issued a refund (minus postage costs) when we have received the return. 

Refunds and Exchanges will be honoured under the following conditions: 

*All returns are to be received within 7 to 9 business days from the date the order was delivered (10 to 14 business days for New Zealand customers)

*Returned garments must be received unworn, as new with tag attached. Include the receipt that came with the order. Keep the tracking number issued for the return. RE: Exchanges - Postage is required to process an exchange transaction. The customer will be charged for the return postage via a pay pal invoice before the exchange item is posted.
